Hall Vandalism

Dear Residents,

I have some more unfortunate news to share with you regarding ----- Hall Vandalism.  It is a concern that the vandalism people are being destructive in our residence hall community.  Below is a list of several items that have been vandalized throughout the year.  Several of these items may be billed to all the residents of the hall who have been living her at the time the event occurred.

During the week of May 25 – May 31st we will have floor section meetings about closing, a small portion will be dedicated to allow you to discuss vandalism and charges with your RAs.  The RAs will not be able to quote you any charge information but they will be able to convey your messages to me.  They are also a resource for anyone to come forward to report vandalism or responsibility.  If the vandalism continues to go unreported and we do not have any specific person to charge then I will unfortunately have to resort to charging the Adams Hall Community.  As stated in your housing contract and room condition report as a community member of Adams Hall you are responsible for what happens within it.

I ask that you consider coming forward and report any information you may have that will help us solve who is vandalizing these items.  This will stop us from having to bill everyone at the close of the year.  Again, I understand that not all of you are responsible for the acts of vandalism but without specific information this is the system that I must consider.

I appreciate your time and consideration,

Andrea
